Communicating Across Cultures with Emotional Intelligence and Mind Your Thoughts – Stop Work Related Stress and Anxiety

The most recent developments in the science of neurology, mind and emotions and the emergent body of knowledge called “Emotional Intelligence” has a great deal to offer to service providers who are confronted with clients from an impressive and diverse range of cultures and religions. With the application of Emotional Intelligence and Neuroplasticity, the Communicating Across Cultures course will provide you with cutting edge information and practical tools for overcoming all communication barriers.
Participants will be empowered to take the stress out of communication. This means that they will develop abilities to deal with all unpredictable situations involving different cultures, religions and barriers.

The Presenter
These courses are presented by Dr Farvardin Daliri OAM, who has spent a lifetime in developing the knowledge and practice of communicating across cultures. Dr. Daliri is well known for his courses in self-awareness, meditation, stress and anxiety management, cross-cultural awareness and Emotional Intelligence.
Dr. Daliri’s style is fresh, dynamic, lively, humorous, interactive and participatory. In this course, you will be encouraged to share your experiences, as the session incorporates your concerns, issues and challenges in dealing with clients from diverse cultural orientations, age and gender.
