Family Inclusion Network presents Creating Inclusion, Giving Parents a Voice

Join Family Inclusion Network in recognising UN Global Day of Parents.

Jessica Cocks Churchill Fellow, will share her findings about family inclusion initiatives in child protection and out-of-home care in the USA, Canada, Norway and the UK. Joining Jessica will be two parent representatives from Family Inclusion Strategies in the Hunter to talk about their experiences in NSW.

Opening by nominated representative for The Honourable Dianne (Di) Farmer, Minister for Child Safety, Youth and Women and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.

» Felicity Kime, Family Inclusion Strategies Hunter Region, Peer Worker – Engagement and Inclusion

» Teegan Bain, Family Inclusion Strategies Hunter Region, Peer Worker – Engagement and Inclusion

» Aimee McVeigh, Founding Director and current Legal Director, Disability Law Queensland and Coordinator of the Human Rights Act for Queensland campaign
