QMC has a wide variety of sound and lighting options that can tailored to suit your event needs. Our meeting and multipurpose rooms all feature an inbuilt sound system that has been designed and installed to deliver an optimal sound experience to all participants that is clear, free of distortion and able to be heard evenly throughout the room. The auditorium features a high quality range of theatre lighting that can be manipulated to suit the clients’ event/performance, these include, LEDs, Conventionals; and Moving heads.

A portable staging unit consisting of seven 2m X 1m panels (150mm high) is available for the hirers’ use and can be erected at approved areas of the QMC.
Inbuilt 16:10 WXGA (1280x800) projectors are fitted in the multipurpose rooms of the QMC providing an exceptional viewing experience. The auditorium has an inbuilt high definition 16:10 WUXGA (1920x1200) projector available for use by hirers.
High quality video-conferencing technology is provided in the boardroom of the QMC, enabling the flexibility of conducting a video conference during an event.
