Multipurpose Room Venue Hire

QMC offers 2 Multipurpose Rooms that are perfect for presentations, conferences, meetings, lectures, seminars, workshops and private functions. They are both spacious and private and can be hired individually or combined for larger functions. The Level 2 foyer is included in all Multipurpose Room bookings which can be used for breakout sessions as well as a morning tea/lunch space.

The rooms are separated by a retractable wall and are identical in size, shape and features.

The Multipurpose Rooms are fitted with new wireless presentation and collaboration devices. “VIA”.

VIA Connect PRO is a wireless collaboration and presentation solution that makes sharing and presenting in meetings easier. With any wifi enabled laptop or mobile device, users can view, edit and comment on documents in real time, share files and chat with individuals or multiple participants simultaneously.
